2. Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107 (United States), www.cloudflare.com.
3. Nature of the service: not legal advice
4. Intellectual property
The content of the site (texts, code, design, brand) is protected. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited, except for the letters generated for your personal use.
5. Personal data
- Your cases and letters are stored only in your browser (local storage), on your device. They are never sent to the Publisher. You can delete them at any time from the app or by clearing your browser's site data.
- Pro subscription: name, email and payment details are processed by Stripe to charge the subscription and issue receipts. The Publisher never has access to your card number. Kept for the duration of the subscription, then as long as accounting law requires.
- Emails you send us are used only to answer you.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to recours.contact@gmail.com. The Publisher is based in France and applies the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); you may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr). We do not sell or share your personal information.
6. Cookies and local storage
Recours uses no cookies, neither advertising nor analytics. Your browser's local storage is used only to save your cases, your language choice and your subscription status: it is strictly necessary for the service. Stripe's payment pages may set their own security cookies.
Fonts are hosted on the site itself: no data is sent to a third-party font service.
Visit statistics. To know how many people visit the site and which features are used, we use Umami, a cookieless analytics tool that collects no data that identifies you. Statistics are anonymous and aggregated: pages viewed, country, device type and actions such as "letter printed". The content of your cases and letters is never sent.
